Meteorologist Hutch Johnson has been forecasting the weather for 30 years. He has has worked as a broadcaster, college professor, and researcher through his career. His TV broadcasts have been seen by people in North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota (and beyond) for more than 20 years.

Hutch has a degree in meteorology from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and has worked for several news stations across the country. He is currently the Chief Meteorologist and owner of Hutch's Weather and is paving the way to a new approach to delivering important weather information. Hutch is a member of the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association. He has received numerous awards for his work in meteorology and is considered one of the top meteorologists in the country.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing with Pedro the prognosticating pooch, assisting Leo the cat in the office, playing to Metallica and Dokken on guitar, going to car shows, and cruising in his classic cars.
